“Agent Shadow, what do you have there?” said the voice buzzingly from the radio, “Agent Shadow, answer!”
Shadow slid through the boxes in a pace of a leopard. Three opponents behind him weren’t as swift as him but wielded Semi-Auto Glock-17’s which gave them a big chance in close contact.
“Shadow can you hear me?” repeated the same cracking voice from the radio.
“Who is operating this mission?” asked Shadow.
“Good to se-”
“Who is?” Shadow asked once again with more irritation in his voice.
“Agent Plank, you should’ve known him.
“Argh, he’s a trai-”
When the connection broke, captain heard radio humming monotonously.
“Whoa, where are we?” said Aasif, “this looks different but still, it is pretty nice. Actually, how did I get here. I was harvesting and teaching my son. Then a star fell and I woke between horses on wheels on the smooth, hard, black grass. ”
“And all I remember is a shine in my house and I’m here between those strange high pillars of glass.” said Yukki.
“Those are cars and skyscrapers. Hello gentlemen I’m John Newday from year 2025, hope you’ll enjoy your not-so-planned stay in New York! All is for free and sponsored by - Scientific Time Machine Tests!
I think I can call myself a superhero. I don’t need to be famous or have a batmobile. I don’t fight the bad guys, I make people smile. I don’t help the Police on their missions, I help sick kids in the hospitals. If someone would ask me, “why do you do this”, I would answer: “Because of Josh.”
Josh was a kid with abilities many actors would love to have. He could play every character. He was sick on cancer. His last smile was when he saw a diploma for the “Best Youngest Actor.” I miss his happy face…
When Riley was a small boy he was very fascinated and enjoyed listening to music. His favourite kind of music was blues. Riley loved visiting his Aunt Mima because she had a phonograph player and something around fifty records. Also he liked the gospel music which was played in the church nearby. His first chords on the guitar began when he picked up a guitar that the Pastor left while eating with Riley’s relatives. As he was trying to play the guitar the Pastor heard him and taught him basics.
After Riley moved to Memphis he looked and played with musicians from the Beale street. After a few months when nothing happened he missed and felt guilty for the things he have done in Indianola. As he went back he paid the farmer for the tractor and took his wife and moved back. When he decided to try again playing he became successful and his face was mostly recognized.
On the Air
At that time not many radios played African American music. But one station, WDIA decided to attract more listeners by playing blues and jazz. Riley B. got a job at that station., he was advertizing medicine called Pepticon. He also had a job at playing music in restaurant. He drew large audiences and his musical career began to take off.

Once B.B king ran out of a burning building, but he realized that his guitar is still there. He grabbed his guitar and barely made it out alive. Later he discovered that the fire started because of two men arguing over a woman name Lucille. More that once he had his guitar stolen from him. One time this happened and he didn’t have money for a new one. He needed a guitar to play the concerts, so he sneaked on the church and borrowed a guitar. Later he returned it with some money inside.
In year 1960s B.B. King was annoyed that his audience were only African American people. He wanted to let everyone hear his music and enjoy it. He did not know that many people knew him even the British group “The Rolling Stones” really liked his songs. By this band he could share his music to everyone and make his audience wider. Lead guitarist, Mike Bloomfield, actually said that he learnt some tricks by watching B.B. King. When people asked who B.B. King was he told them that he is the real monster. 1967 King played his first concert for everyone. Later in 1969 he recorded his first song called “The Thrill Is Gone” which made him a national celebrity.

B.B King was a very polite guy, he never left someone in trouble, he said “ If I’m working with you and I sense you’re feeling a little insecure, I try to make you feel great. From the time then he was young, he had great feelings for people. Before his mother died she told him to always be very nice to everyone. If someone was mean to him, he would never take revenge.

“The target is on the second floor!” whispered the captain.
My hands dripped with sweat as we heard a slight movement. I swiftly flipped over the table and landed, aiming at the doors of the closet. My gun flashed in the flickering light of flashlights. The red dot from the scope on my gun shone. I saw shadows coming under the gap of the door. The light of the bullet coming out of my M4 brightened the dark corridor. The door opened and there it was, the penetrated mannequin and sparks of wood from the doors.
“What is this deep crack in the floor?” asked the sergeant.
Tears were sliding down my cheeks as the light came through the gaps of space between the stack of bloody bodies. I slowly raised myself on my scratched elbows. Why was France attacking? I stared as Spanish people were stabbed with French bayonets. I casually crawled to the cannon where a massacred soldier lay. To fire it you needed a torch and it had to be clean, but luckily someone else had done it. I took the knot and fired it at the largest pack of enemies who were attacking a young lady. She was shocked how the fire came out and how effective it was.
